This is Croatia’s squad for the World Cup in Qatar, as selected by manager Zlatko Dalic.

Croatia is a team from Europe, part of UEFA. They played in a group with Morocco, Belgium and Canada at the Qatar World Cup. They finished second, after Morocco.

In the 2018 World Cup, Croatia finished 2nd, after being defeated by France in the finals. The team’s captain, Luka Modric, is one of four active players who have won the Balon d’or. The other 3 are Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.
