UCL Fantasy Team 23/24 – Round 2

As the UCL Fantasy season unfolds, my team got me a respectable 69 points in the first matchday – a decent start, but room for improvement for sure. Reminder, we can make 2 transfers, and I’m eager to fine-tune my squad and chase greater fantasy glory in the second matchday.

Transfers

Made the decision to change my keeper. The reason is that Porto, with Diogo Costa are playing FC Barcelona, so there is potential for a lot of conceded goals. Jan Oblak is my choice, as Atletico Madrid host Feyenoord. Feyenoord can create chances, hopefully Oblak can make the saves.

The other transfer out is Doku. Even though he had a decent start at City, Pep likes to rotate and giving the Belgian played in the weekend against Wolves, we can possibly expect Grealish to start versu Leipzig. Kimmich is my choice, as Bayern loves facing teams such as FC Copenhagen.

The team

Interestingly most of the squad is playing today, however I do have a few super subs ups my sleaves. Bellingham versus Di Lorenzo is a weird one, but decided to keep both, as I’m hoping both can get some points and they’ll come in handy for future rounds. Saka is the captain today, Haaland/Lewandowski might take his place tomorrow.
