The round started with Sassuolo coming up against runaway leaders, Napoli and the final score was 0-2, Spalletti’s side taking all 3 points home, thus maintaining their lead. In the next match we had Monza coming up against AC Milan. After a fierce battle, the match ended 0 – 1, Milan celebrating their second win in a row. In one of the more interesting matches of the round, it was the other Milan based side, Inter coming up against Udinese, with the final score being 3-1.

In another interesting match it was Spezia coming up against Juventus. The final score was 0 – 2, Juventus grabbing the 3 points. We also had Mourinho’s AS Roma coming up against Verona. After 90 minutes it was 1 – 0, AS Roma gaining the crucial 3 points in their battle for top 4. To conclude the round, we had Torino coming up against Cremonese. After a fierce battle, the match ended 2 – 2, both teams getting a point each.

Napoli are still leaders, still with a FIFTEEN points lead over Inter, who are on 47 points. AS Roma are 3rd with 44 points, same amount as AC Milan. Lazio are out of the top 4 with 42 points, one more than Atalanta. Juventus are slowly climbing, even with their 15 points deduction and are now 7th.

Cremonese are last with 9 points, 2 less than Sampdoria. Both teams are looking destined for Serie B at the moment. Verona are 18th, with 6 more points, while Spezia have a further 2 more.
