As we have mentioned in the intro, Juventus are on an 8 win streak and they have not conceded through this brilliant run. Their 1-0 win over Udinese puts them level on points with Milan, who drew against AS Roma, 2-2. It wasn’t the best round for the Milano based sides, as both of them drew. After losing to Inter mid week, Napoli are back to winning ways, as they beat Sampdoria 2-0. Lazio also drew against Empoli, while Atalanta finally managed to break their 4 match win-less streak to beat Bologna.
Napoli versus Juventus in the next round!

Napoli are now on 44 points, 7 more than both AC Milan and Juventus. Will be interesting to see whether any of the two teams will be able to keep up with Spalletti and co. Inter completes the top 4, with 34 points. There is nothing seperating positions 5 to 7, as Lazio, Atalanta and Mourinho’s Roma are all on 31 points.
At the bottom of the table, Cremonese(7 points), Sampdoria and Verona(both on 9) are all yet to hit double digits, as they are looking hopeless in their quest to avoid relegation.
Team of the Week

Two Juventus players in Team of the Week, as Allegri’s men continue their comeback for Serie A supremacy: Angel Di Maria and Danilo, who scored the winning goal in their 1-0 match. Two players from the other Torino based team as well, as erm… Torino has Lazaro and Sanabria. Verona’s Lazovic with the highest rating as the left winger scored two in the weekend.
